The Utah Association of Community Services offers "Support, Options, Actions for Respect" (SOAR) training to our members several times each year. SOAR was developed by the Association for our members as our approach to positive interactions with the people we serve. SOAR is approved by the Utah Department of Human Services, Division for Services for People with Disabilities. Members may register for trainings by calling our Executive Director, Charlie Luke at 801-554-5442 or by completing submitting the following registration information. If you are not an Association member but would like to join, call Charlie at the number above. Cost is $450.00 per trainee and must be paid to the Association prior to the training.
