The primary mission of the Castle Valley Center is to have a positive regard for individual
uniqueness and to provide opportunities that enhance the quality of life and independence of
individuals with disabilities living in Carbon and Emery counties.
We accomplishes our mission by developing appropriate habilitation goals which include: enhancing
self-esteem, independence, self direction, and socialization by providing opportunities through specialized
staff, technology, methods, adaptive equipment, related service providers, parents, and the community.
The services we offer include: day training, pre-school, academic instruction, occupational therapy, supported
employment, transition kindergarten, speech and language, and physical therapy.
We are also licensed by the Utah Department of Human services, a qualified provider through the Utah State Office
of Rehabilitation and a contracted service provider for the Division of Services for People with Disabilities.
