In 1997 and 2000, Chrysalis Enterprises achieved a three-year accreditation with The Council on Quality and Leadership. Chrysalis is one of three providers in the State of Utah that has received this recognition.
We are licensed by the Utah Department of Human Services and a contracted service provider for the Division of Services for People with Disabilities, Division of Child and Family Services and Juvenile Justice Services.
