Chrysalis' Makes a Difference Daily in people's lives by providing supports for people to live, work and participate in community life. The focus of Chrysalis is serving and supporting the needs of individuals with disabilities and their families. These services include residential, day supports, employment, behavioral, clinical, nursing and recreational services tailored to meet the needs, choices and goals of each individual and their family.
Chrysalis is licensed by the Utah Department of Human Services and is a contracted provider for the Division of Services for People with Disabilities and the Division of Child and Family Services.
Chrysalis has been providing quality supports for people since 1986. Chrysalis is a leader in Utah and Nevada in providing quality supports and has been awarded the Ila Marie Goodey Award 4 times in recognition of delivering excellent services.
