C.O.S.H. provides services for people with disabilities throughout the state of Utah.
The mission of C.O.S.H. is to support families and assist people with disabilities to have the opportunity to learn skills that will allow them to actively participate in the community and achieve maximum independence and live in the least restrictive environment.
C.O.S.H. will provide people with high quality services and supports assist people with Person-Centered-Planning and provide the support strategies on a consistent basis, empower people in making life choices, and promote community awareness and acceptance.
The services C.O.S.H. provides are: family assistance training, respite care, and supported living.
