Futures Through Choices (FTC) is a private non-profit agency whose purpose is to provide supportive living services and group home care to people with disabilities.
Our mission is to provide quality care that provides safety, comfort, and respect to the people we serve.
Our services include supervised apartments and group home care that provide individualized programming, nursing, financial, community integration, medical coordination, and transportation services.
We are licensed by the Utah Department of Human services and a contracted service provider for the Division of Services for People with Disabilities and the Division of Child and Family Services.
