JST Community Services LLC. provides an array of services and supports designed to meet the needs of vulnerable individuals.
JST Community Services LLC.'s mission is to create a system of care and supports that will provide individuals with complex behavior and medical conditions options for attaining independence. We support individuals to grow and develop personal connections in community settings.
JST Community Services LLC. currently provides residential group home placement, community day services, supported living and host home/professional parenting.
Residential Habilitative support
JST provides supports for people in group home settings and assists with the following: bathing, feeding, toileting, medical appointments, grocery shopping, cleaning, cooking, behavior support, personal budgeting assistance, professional medication monitoring, community activities and inclusion and any other supports needed for people to live as independently as possible. We currently provide supports in the Salt Lake Valley, Provo and Ogden.
Day Program
We operate a community based Day Program in Midvale, Utah. Our program is specialized for people who do not have the skills to work or do not wish to work. We offer the following supports: Community activities and inclusion, volunteer work through Meals on Wheels, recycling program, exercise, learning activities and arts and crafts as well as behavior supports. We have a shower and washer and dryer on site.
Supported Living
Our supported living program provides support for individual's in their homes and assists with the following: medical appointments, grocery shopping, community activities and inclusion, independent living skills, personal budgeting assistance and any other supports needed for people to live as independently as possible. This program is individualized for each person and the needs they may have. We currently provide supports in the Salt Lake Valley and in Ogden.
Host Home
Our Host Home program provides supports in a family setting. Our professional parents are screened and trained to provide effective supports in a more natural setting. Individuals are placed with a family and are provided with supports in independent living skills. We currently provide supports in the Salt Lake Valley.
