Family Support

Respite Care This service provides care for a person with a disability in their home, allowing the family to rest from daily, twenty four hour care responsibilities.
Support Services This is other determined services needed to support a person with a disability to remain with their family.

Residential Services

Supported Living These are services provided to people with disabilities residing in their own apartments, who need minimum support to be independent.
Professional Parents Community members take children into their homes and provide a typical home environment. Parents receive special training and staff is provided to meet the child’s unique needs.
Supervised Apartments One to three people share an apartment and receive needed support living services. Services offer access to twenty-four hour staff if needed, but are aimed at encouraging independence.
Group Homes In this service people with disabilities share a home with six or fewer individuals and receive living support services. Services may range from twenty-four hour supervision, medical services, behavior training, living support and training.

Vocational Programs

Supported Employment In this service, people with disabilities work in competitive employment and they are provided support services to help them learn and maintain their employment.
Day Training Facility In this service people with disabilities learn skills that will enhance life skills and are prevocational in nature
