Tri Connections is a private, non-profit agency that supports people with developmental disabilities and their families in community settings. Services include:
- Supervised Community Living and Supported Living, including medical, behavioral, and financial management services.
- Day Supports, including an innovative social and recreational model of day services, specializing in serving individuals with high medical needs
- Supported Employment, including group enclave work sites and individual job placements.
- A popular, daily Summer Camp, running for 8-10 weeks each summer
- Family Support
Tri is licensed by the Utah Department of Human Services, and is a contracted service provider for the Division of Services for People with Disabilities.
