With a 2025 theme of The Evolution of Disability Services: Workforce, Innovation, and Policy, the conference will highlight emerging strategies and system-level changes shaping the future of our field.

Over two dynamic days of learning and connection, attendees will gain practical insights, share proven solutions, and engage with experts from across the state and beyond. Participants include executive directors, agency leadership, direct support professionals, policymakers, self-advocates, and other key stakeholders working to strengthen and evolve Utah’s IDD service system.
